From start to finish mark was a pleasure to deal with. I contacted Mark via his message board and he came straight back to me, we spoke on the phone and he instantly knew the issue i was having. I sent him a broken toast rack and he returned a machine far superior to how I had it, re capped, graphics and sound improved and even fixed the keyboard which was missing a couple of working keys that I hadn’t even noticed.
