and he instantly knew the issue i was having. I sent him a broken toast rack and he returned a machine far superior to how I had it, re capped, graphics and sound improved and even fixed the keyboard which was missing a couple of working keys that I hadn't even noticed. Great experience and I think my toast rack will be got for many more years of jetpack. Thanks Mark

est to deal with from the small bunch of companies.
The initial transaction was seamless and Mark was brilliant at communicating and providing regular updates. He even confirmed my Amiga 500 was a rare v7, so worth hanging onto which was good to know.
Clearly a specialist in what he does and a really nice guy to boot. No hesitation in recommending him and Rude Dog Retros

n dealing with him. His knowledge and understanding about spectrums and communication whilst my Sinclair had been worked on was excellent.
I sent my spectrum +3 up to rudedogretros and he called as soon as they received it and explained everything that needed to be done and any improvements. They were true to their word! My Spectrum +3 is in fantastic condition as good as new! It runs so smoothly and quietly, Mark was also on hand when I got it back to see that I had received OK as it was tremendously packaged with protection.
I contacted Mark whilst searching for my a Spectrum +3 on an auction site and he gave me some good pointers and went above and beyond.
I can’t thank Mark at rudedogretros enough, for their work and communication throughout the whole process, customer care and after care was and is faultless, brilliant in fact!
I could go on!
Thank you for making this customer a very happy one!
