I sent him a broken toast rack and he returned a machine far superior to how I had it, re capped, graphics and sound improved and even fixed the keyboard which was missing a couple of working keys that I hadn't even noticed. I sent my spectrum +3 up to rudedogretros and he called as soon as they received it and explained everything that needed to be done and any improvements. They were true to their word! My Spectrum +3 is in fantastic condition as good as new! It runs so smoothly and quietly, Mark was also on hand when I got it back to see that I had received OK as it was tremendously packaged with protection. I contacted Mark whilst searching for my a Spectrum +3 on an auction site and he gave me some good pointers and went above and beyond. and not difficult to fix. I felt very much at ease talking to Mark who was obviously very skilled in what he does. Once my Amiga was delivered to Mark he confirmed he would get on with repairs quickly and keep in touch which was exactly what happened. Great communication from Mark followed after he found other minor issues which were again fixed. I am very pleased with the service I received and how I was informed at all stages throughout the repair including a short video showing a diagnostic check. I can certainly recommend Mark as he isn’t just an expert in his field but a helpful and easy person to discuss repairs with.

ith one of the op amps that I wasn't even aware off. He also re-capped as requested with polymer caps to ensure a longer life span. I found Mark super helpful and friendly and also very informative. He also made my job priority due to delays caused by unforeseen weather circumstances. He didn't need to do that but went above and beyond for me that is someone I would be happy to pay for their services again. I thought his communication was also brilliant, and trust me you want to know what is going with your beloved hardware when it is sent off somewhere for repair so this is appreciated. I will be a returning customer for sure.

from my VIC 20. Not content with just fitting the board and sending it back with what would have been a significant improvement he fine tuned the board design to fit my motherboard revision and replaced a few out of spec caps etc. in order to get the best picture possible. The resulting picture is almost emulator perfect.
