and he instantly knew the issue i was having. I sent him a broken toast rack and he returned a machine far superior to how I had it, re capped, graphics and sound improved and even fixed the keyboard which was missing a couple of working keys that I hadn't even noticed. I sent my spectrum +3 up to rudedogretros and he called as soon as they received it and explained everything that needed to be done and any improvements. They were true to their word! My Spectrum +3 is in fantastic condition as good as new!
