Sinclair QL Repaired and Refurbished

Thanks for looking at our listing for a refurbished and repaired Sinclair QL

Work carried out:

• Replaced broken 5v regulator cable with a plug in cable attached to a new 2Amp 7805 that can be removed with ease.
• Replaced the keyboard power cable wires and plug with new plug and socket so that the keyboard can be removed without having to disconnect the wires from the motherboard.
• Tested all electrolytic capacitors with an ESR meter and replaced all that were out of specification with new, good quality aluminium types.
• Replaced the keyboard membrane.
• Cleaned and tested the Microdrives after a clean. Both units are working.
• Cleaned all of the casings inside and out
• Cleaned all of the keys
• Memory tested and all is functioning fine.

This is a lovely QL that is (after a little TLC) working really nicely.  It also has ALL of its original port covers and rubber feet.

It does not come with a power supply.
