PRICING
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Rude Dog Retros. All prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). Rude Dog Retros reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc.
SHIPPING
We can send your order anywhere within the United Kingdom and normally only offer shipping to the UK and EU. This is mostly due to the costs involved, but if you require shipping to another region then please get in touch!
We ship all products via Royal Mail. This usually takes between 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery service and the destination area. All of our items are packed well.
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer is responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.
ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER.
PAYMENT
Rude Dog Retros uses Stripe Payments only.
RETURNS POLICY
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Items purchased online must be returned to Rude Dog Retros, 1 Craigview Court, Tayport, Fife DD69JQ.
Please email purchase@rudedogretros.co.uk to arrange a returns number before sending.
We can only refund or exchange an item in its original unmodified condition if it is returned to us within 28 days of receipt. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
The following options will then be made available:
- Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability.
- Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.
- Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment method.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
We are unable to issue a refund or replacement until the goods are back in our possession. A refund will be issued within 7 working days. This may be subject to delays during busy periods. If there are any problems with your refund, we will contact you.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
