Sinclair ZX Spectrum Plus 48K, upgraded and with an original Sinclair PSU, manual and games

Thanks for looking at our listing for this Upgraded Sinclair ZX Spectrum + 48k with an Issue 4S Board.

A great looking unit, comes with a Sinclair PSU, the Spectrum + Manual and some games.

We have run a diagnostic card on it which reported everything was fine, and showed that the keyboard was working fully.  Even played Manic Miner on it!

We have completed the following work:

– Changed the RF output for a composite video modification so that it will work on modern TV’s through their AV video phono connector
– Cleaned the cases inside and out.
– Removed the keys, cleaned them and then refitted them.
– Fully tested the Spectrum with diagnostics for a few hours to make sure RAM was working well. All tests passed.
– Tested it playing games.
– Replaced the membrane and then tested every key to make sure the keyboard works.
– Replaced the capacitor in the ZX power supply and fully tested its output.

This is a genuinely nice, clean ZX Spectrum +.

The games are untested as all the testing was done with a diagnostic cart and running manic miner from the SD card.
